WATER USE ASSESSMENT PRACTITIONER
CONTRACT-BASED WITH LONG-TERM PROSPECTS
Confluent Environmental is a an environmental consultancy based in George, Western Cape.
We employ a team of biodiversity specialists in various fields with a strong background in water resource management and assessment.
We are seeking to fill an existing position that supports our established clients and projects.
The primary focus is on the application for and management of water use authorisations (WULAs and GAs).
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
• A university degree in water resource management or a related field;
• A general working knowledge of the National Water Act;
• High levels of persistence and initiative;
• Strong communication skills with experience in liaising with regulators and engagement with stakeholders;
• Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely; and
• Good organisational and time management skills.
